Know what this
workspace does.

Your notes stay local.

The research desk works in browser memory by default. If you choose “Save research on this browser,” memos are stored in this site’s local storage on this device. They are not encrypted, backed up, or synced by Futmon. Browser data removal can erase them. Export a backup and avoid shared devices. Turning the storage option off removes this app’s saved local copy while leaving the current session’s notes in memory.

Valuation inputs and generated briefs are not automatically saved. Futmon has no user accounts, cloud database, analytics scripts, bank connections, payments, or AI inference API in this version. Your hosting provider may process standard request metadata. Do not enter secrets, account numbers, or confidential information.

AI assistance means a prompt builder.

The brief tool assembles a research prompt from your saved notes. It does not call a model, retrieve quotes, verify filings, or produce investment recommendations. If you paste a brief into another AI service, that service’s privacy terms apply. Check its answer against dated primary sources; AI can fabricate facts and citations.

A scenario is not a forecast.

The valuation lab uses manually entered, hypothetical earnings growth and P/E assumptions. It excludes dividends, taxes, fees, inflation, and many business and market risks. Inputs are not current company data. Outputs are not price targets, probabilities, or promised returns. Futmon is not an investment adviser, broker, or custodian and does not execute trades. Seek qualified professional guidance for decisions requiring personalized advice.

External resources and images.

SEC EDGAR, FRED, and Investor.gov are third-party resources linked for research. Futmon is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The homepage skyline is an AI-generated editorial image, not a photograph of Futmon offices.
